How do I get a quote for my electronics or request a pickup for recyclable items ?
You can request a quote or pickup request for our Tech Exchange and Eco Pick services --
1) To receive a quote for your electronics, simply fill out our user-friendly "Tech Quote" form on the Tech Exchange page or click here.
2) To request a pickup for your recyclable goods, fill out our user-friendly Eco Pickup Request form on the Eco Pickup page. Please note that the Eco Pickup service is available for businesses and individuals with 20 or more items to recycle. If you have fewer items, please consider using our Eco Dropoff service.
Is there a fee and minimum requirement for the pickup service?
Eco Pickup is completely free, however it is designed for businesses and individuals with 20 or more items to recycle. This ensures that our free pickup service is utilized efficiently for bulk recycling needs. If you have fewer items, please consider using our Eco Dropoff service.
Once you scheduled an eco pickup, we'll arrange for a pickup at your home or business at no additional cost.
What types of electronics do you accept?
MTL Tech Exchange accepts a wide range of electronics, including printers, scanners, hard drives, networking equipment, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, servers, graphic cards, digital cameras, monitors, keyboards, mice, motherboards, smartphones, and various electronic devices. If you have specific items not listed on our form, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.How is the tech exchange quote value determined?
Our team considers factors such as the make, model, condition, and specifications. Rest assured, we offer competitive rates to ensure you get the best value for your devices.What happens to my electronics after they are collected ?
For the Eco Pickup service or Eco Dropoff service, your electronics undergo an environmentally friendly recycling process once collected. MTL Tech Exchange follows responsible recycling practices to ensure that materials are handled and disposed of in a sustainable manner, minimizing environmental impact.
For Tech Exchange service, your electronics are restored to working order and/or factory reset. Any storage solutions purchased will be completely wiped out to ensure any data you provide is not available for use.
